No. Planary Travel Itineraries is a personalized travel planning and itinerary design service. We are not a travel agency, we do not hold a travel agency license, and we do not act as an agent for airlines, hotels, or any travel provider.
Do you book flights or hotels?+
No. Planary Travel Itineraries does not book flights, hotels, or any travel services on your behalf. We provide research and curated recommendations, you make all bookings directly with providers.
What is the hotel add-on?+
For an additional $15 we will recommend the top 3 hotels matched to your budget, location, accommodation style, and travel preferences. You book directly with the hotel — we simply give you the best options so you do not have to spend hours searching.
Do you make restaurant or activity reservations?+
No. We recommend where to go and provide full contact details, but you contact restaurants and activity providers directly. We include booking tips to help you do this smoothly.
What exactly do I receive?+
A beautifully formatted, personalized plan delivered to your inbox, built around your travel style, dietary needs, budget, and who you are traveling with. Every plan includes curated restaurants and activities, neighborhood guidance, local tips, transport recommendations, and emergency contacts, all with verified addresses, phones, and hours. You also get access to your Trip Hub — an interactive map with every place pinned and TikTok video previews so you can see each spot before you go. Your plan lives in your Planary dashboard and is yours to keep forever.
How personalized is it really?+
Very. We ask about your allergies, dietary preferences, cuisines you love and hate, activity interests, pace, budget, travel party, and more. A solo woman traveling for wellness gets a completely different plan than a couple on a foodie anniversary trip, even to the same city.
Do you offer ready-made or instant guides?+
No, and that is intentional. Every Planary plan is built specifically for you, filtered by your dietary needs, your travel style, your budget, and who you are traveling with. A pre-built guide has no idea where you are staying, what you are allergic to, or whether you prefer a packed itinerary or a slow morning. We also verify every recommendation before delivery, checking that places are actually open, actually worth it, and actually right for you. That takes time, and we think it is worth the wait.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard plans are delivered within 72 hours. Rush orders within 24 hours. Delivery time begins once payment is confirmed and your planning form is complete.
What if I'm not happy with my plan?+
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your plan and we'll work with you to make it right.
Can I use Planary Travel Itineraries for any destination?+
